We support bank transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal and major credit cards for membership upgrades. Trade payments between buyers and sellers are arranged directly between the parties.

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) are agreed between buyer and seller. You can use our inquiry system to discuss logistics and preferred carriers before finalizing an order.

On the login page click “Forgot password?”, enter your registered email and follow the reset link we send you. The link expires after 24 hours for security.

Yes. Go to My Offers, select the listing and choose Edit or Deactivate. Deactivated offers are no longer visible to buyers but remain in your history.

Add products or offers to your Inquiry Basket, then send a bulk inquiry to multiple suppliers at once. Track replies from the Messages section.

Go to Membership → Upgrade Plan. Choose the package that fits your needs and complete payment. Higher tiers unlock more offers, priority listing and advanced search filters.

Common options include EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and DAP. Specify your preferred term when posting or responding to an offer so both parties understand responsibilities.

Most offers are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email notification once your listing is approved or if changes are required.

Yes. Premium plans allow additional team members with role-based access. The account owner can invite colleagues from the Company Settings → Team Members page.
